Book A Mentor

All mentor consultations are onsite
Teams are strongly recommended to book mentor consultations before the hackathon so that Mentors have clarity on when they are needed during the hackathon and by which teams.
Teams who booked a consultation but do not turn up will have their final scores penalised.
If a team is more than 5 minutes late for their consultation, Mentors are free to release the slot to other teams.
Teams should only make mentor consultations as necessary and not overbook. This is to give every participant or team an equal chance to meet the mentors as well.
MENTORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT DUPLICATE APPOINTMENTS MADE. </aside>

Once you’ve found your desired mentor, only the team leader needs to book a time with the Mentor using their Calendly link on their profile card.
Upon making an appointment on Calendly, both parties should receive a calendar invite.
Team members who are attending the consultation are advised to prepare questions ahead of time in order to maximise your consultation time.
Teams who booked a consultation but are unable to turn up, please inform the Mentor beforehand to have your appointment rescheduled or cancelled.
